We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Chief Technical Officer to lead and manage all technical operations of a steel plant in Angola. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on SMS, Rolling Mill, Maintenance, Quality Control, and Process Improvement. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end operations of SMS and Rolling Mill, ensuring production targets are achieved consistently.
**Available Positions**:
– Chief Technical Officer (CTO) (Budget Max INR 300,000/-)
**Requirements**:
– Engineering degree (Metallurgy/Mechanical/Production preferred)
– 3-5 years’ experience as Deputy Plant Manager or Plant Manager in induction furnace + rolling mill
– Strong SMS expertise; basic RM knowledge
– Strong forecasting and analytical skills
– Good leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
