**Requirements**:
– Minimum 5 years of experience in the respected fields
– Plans workflow, assigns tasks to fitters and ensures quality
– Supervises all welding activities, assigns tasks to welders and welding leadman
– Leads the painting and blasting team, plans surface preparation and painting sequences
