– Specific skills required for each position, such as block laying, plastering, and tile work for Mason, tying and securing steel reinforcement for Steel Fixer, constructing and dismantling wooden formwork for Shuttering Carpenter, and upholstery, cutting, sewing, and assembling for Sofa Maker
