The successful applicants will be responsible for supervising the installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of fire protection and HVAC systems.

**Requirements**:
– Minimum 15 years of hands-on experience in M&E contracting
– Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
– Minimum five years relevant experience in the M&E engineering
– Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and standard office software
– Experience in Building Services, MEP background
– Minimum seven years proven experience in fire protection systems
– Minimum five years experience in fire alarm system installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance
– Diploma OR Technical qualification in Air-Conditioning or Refrigeration
– Minimum five years experience in commercial and industrial HVAC systems
